Zapier is easier to use and has more pre-built integrations. n8n is more powerful, self-hosted, and cheaper at scale. I recommend Zapier for simple workflows and n8n for anything complex or high-volume. Most clients use both.
How much time can automation actually save?+
It depends on your processes, but most clients save 10-20 hours per week within the first month. A single reporting automation can save 3-5 hours weekly. Lead routing saves another 2-3. It compounds.
What about AI — is it actually useful for my business?+
